Return Conditions

If you accidentally order two kits or two of the same product, the unused second item may be returned.

The product must be in original condition and packaging.

Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Process

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be initiated within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded.
